1. Agreement Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AI Auto Lab's AI-powered sales automation platform ("Service"). By subscribing to or using our Service, you agree to these Terms.

- "AI Auto Lab," "we," "us," "our": The service provider
- "Customer," "you," "your": The business entity or individual subscribing to the Service
2. Service Description
2.1 What We Provide
AI Auto Lab is a SaaS platform that provides:
- AI-powered sales assistants for WhatsApp Business
- Automated lead qualification and scoring
- Conversation management and response automation
- Appointment booking and calendar integration
- Mobile CRM application
- Analytics and reporting dashboard
2.2 Service Plans
- Startup Plan: 3 AI specialists, up to 500 chats/month
- Professional Plan: 5 AI specialists, up to 2,000 chats/month, advanced features
- Scale Plan: 5 AI specialists, unlimited chats, priority support, custom add-ons

2.3 WhatsApp Business API Requirement
Our Service requires WhatsApp Business API access. You are responsible for:
- Obtaining WhatsApp Business API approval from Meta
- Complying with Meta's Commerce Policy and Business Policy
- Maintaining good standing with WhatsApp (avoiding spam, violations)
3. Acceptable Use Policy
3.1 Permitted Use
You may use the Service to:
- Automate legitimate sales and customer service conversations
- Qualify leads and manage customer relationships
- Schedule appointments and send follow-ups
- Analyze conversation data and generate reports
3.2 Prohibited Activities
You may NOT use the Service to:
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or marketing to non-consented users
- Violate WhatsApp's policies or any applicable laws
- Impersonate others or engage in fraudulent activities
- Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Scrape, mine, or reverse-engineer the Service
- Resell or sublicense the Service without authorization
4. Subscription, Billing & Payments
4.1 Subscription Terms
- Billing Cycle: Monthly recurring subscription
- Payment Method: Credit card or bank transfer (annual plans only)
- Currency: USD (other currencies available on request)
- Taxes: Prices exclude applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST
4.2 Automatic Renewal
- Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless you cancel
- You will receive renewal notice 7 days before billing
- Cancel anytime before renewal date to avoid next charge
4.3 Refund Policy
- 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Full refund if canceled within 30 days of initial signup
- Pro-rata Refunds: For annual plans canceled mid-term (unused months refunded)
- No Refunds: For monthly plans canceled after the 30-day trial period
5. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
5.1 Uptime Commitment
- Target Uptime: 99.9% monthly availability (excludes planned maintenance)
- Planned Maintenance: Announced 72 hours in advance, during off-peak hours
5.2 Service Credits
If we fail to meet 99.9% uptime:
- 99.0% - 99.9%: 10% service credit
- 95.0% - 99.0%: 25% service credit
- Below 95.0%: 50% service credit
6. Data Security & Privacy
6.1 Security Measures
We implement:
- SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure
- End-to-end encryption for WhatsApp messages
- AES-256 encryption for data at rest
- TLS 1.3 for data in transit
- Regular penetration testing and security audits
6.2 Data Breach Notification
In the event of a breach:
- We will notify you within 72 hours
- Provide incident details and remediation steps
- Assist with regulatory notifications if required
6.3 Privacy Policy & Malaysian PDPA
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and complies with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Liability Cap
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO:
- The fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
- For free trials: $100 USD
7.2 Excluded Damages
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:
- Lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Data loss or corruption (beyond data export obligations)
- Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- Damages caused by your misuse of the Service
8. Termination
8.1 Termination by You
You may terminate by:
- Canceling your subscription via dashboard
- Emailing [email protected]
- Providing 30 days' notice for annual plans
8.2 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service ends immediately
- All outstanding fees become due
- We will delete your data after 30 days (recovery period)
- You may export your data during the 30-day period
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Malaysian Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
We comply with:
- Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA)
- Computer Crimes Act 1997
- Electronic Commerce Act 2006
- Communications and Multimedia Act 1998
